By accessing or using TicketsiteX, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including ticket buyers and event organizers.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an event or purchase tickets. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All ticket purchases are final unless the event is canceled. Refunds will not be issued for postponed events, unless they are ultimately canceled. We are not responsible for partial performances, venue, line-up or time changes. No refunds will be issued in these instances. If an event is canceled, the Buyer will receive a full refund upon a request being made. Refunds are subject to the organizer’s policy and TicketsiteX’s discretion.
Each ticket is valid for one entry only. Duplicated or tampered tickets will be rejected at the gate.
If you are an event organizer and fail to meet your responsibilities under our Terms or Seller Policies, you may incur additional charges or penalties. These may include administrative costs or recovery fees, as outlined in our Seller Policies.
If you update your delivery address after purchasing a ticket, or if the original address provided was incorrect, we may charge you for any extra delivery costs incurred to redirect your ticket. These charges will be applied to your selected payment method.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and the terms of this User Agreement and the Seller Policies when listing, selling and delivering your Tickets
In cases of unpaid balances, TicketsiteX may use third-party collection services to recover the amount owed. Additional fees may apply for this process. We or our collection partners may also report delinquent accounts to credit bureaus, which could affect your credit profile. To dispute information reported by TicketsiteX, please contact us directly. For disputes involving a collection agency, reach out to the agency handling your account.
Event details may change. We recommend checking the event page for updates before attending.
Organizers are required to provide complete and truthful event details, including pricing, ticket availability, and contact information. Once a ticket is listed, the price you set (“Sales Price”) is considered final and cannot be changed or removed until the ticket is sold. By listing a ticket, you are making a binding commitment to sell that ticket to any buyer who completes the purchase at the listed price.
Once a buyer confirms the purchase, you are contractually obligated to deliver the exact ticket within the specified timeframe. Organizers must actively manage their inventory and ensure all listings remain accurate. Tickets may not be canceled and relisted at a different price to manipulate demand or visibility.
TicketsiteX does not guarantee that your tickets will sell or that your listing will appear in a specific order or timeframe on the site. We are not liable for unsold tickets due to listing delays, outages, or maintenance interruptions, and no compensation will be provided for such cases.
Payouts are processed after the event concludes, subject to verification. TicketsiteX reserves the right to withhold funds in case of disputes or fraud.
Organizers must comply with local laws, venue regulations, and safety standards. TicketsiteX is not liable for any violations.
TicketsiteX may apply fees for activities such as listing, selling, or purchasing tickets, as well as for delivery and fulfillment services. These charges, collectively referred to as “Service Fees,” may vary depending on the type of event, ticket category, and geographic location. We reserve the right to adjust Service Fees at any time, including after a ticket has been listed. Any applicable fees, including taxes, will be clearly disclosed before you complete a listing or purchase.
TicketsiteX is not responsible for determining the accuracy or appropriateness of any tax payments made on your behalf, unless we are legally required to calculate, collect, and remit sales tax for your transactions. Outside of those legal obligations, you are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling your own tax duties.
By using our platform, you agree to indemnify and protect TicketsiteX — including our parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees — from any claims, costs, penalties, or legal fees that arise from disputes or investigations related to:

This agreement, along with any referenced documents, represents the complete understanding between you and TicketsiteX regarding the use of our platform and services. It replaces any previous agreements, whether written or verbal, related to the same subject matter. Any changes or additions to these terms must follow the procedures outlined within this agreement to be considered valid.
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable in a specific situation, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms or its application in other circumstances.
We reserve the right to assign or transfer our rights and responsibilities under this agreement at any time, provided the terms remain equal or more favorable to you. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our prior written approval, which we may decline at our discretion.
This agreement does not create any partnership, employment, franchise, or joint venture between you and TicketsiteX. Only the parties directly involved in this agreement — and their approved successors — have the right to enforce its terms. No third party may claim benefits or rights under this agreement.

Legal notices to TicketsiteX must be sent via registered mail to the appropriate entity listed in our contact section. We will send notices to you via the email address you provided during registration. We’re committed to ensuring your ticketing experience is reliable and secure. When you purchase through TicketsiteX, we guarantee the following:
If any of these conditions aren’t met and you follow our policies and timelines, we’ll either provide you with equal or better replacement tickets, issue a full refund, or offer credit for future use — at our discretion.
If your tickets don’t arrive by the promised date, notify us immediately. We’ll attempt to resolve the issue by locating the tickets or replacing them with comparable or better ones. If that’s not possible, we’ll refund your full purchase amount or offer credit for future use.
If your tickets are rejected at the venue, contact us from the event location. We may request verification and, upon confirmation, offer replacement tickets or a full refund including fees and delivery charges. You must report the issue within seven days of the event or as otherwise instructed.
If the tickets you receive don’t match or exceed the quality of those you ordered, notify us immediately. After verification, we may offer replacements, a full refund, or credit — depending on timing and availability. We may also ask you to return the original tickets.
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you’ll receive a full refund or credit — unless otherwise required by law. If an event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If replacement tickets are needed, we’ll work to provide them or issue a refund. Refunds are not provided for rescheduled events, partial performances, or changes to venue, lineup, or timing unless replacement tickets are required.
We support organizers with a fair and flexible system. Our Guarantee includes:
Buyers should not reach out to you directly unless required for a specific transaction. If contacted improperly, refer them to Customer Service and notify us.
You control your ticket pricing and can adjust it freely before tickets are sold. If you’re unable to update a listing, contact Customer Service for help.
If you fulfill your delivery obligations and issues arise that aren’t your fault, you’ll still receive payment. If payment is delayed, verify your account details and allow 2–3 weeks for processing. If everything is correct and you still haven’t been paid, contact Customer Service for resolution.
We investigate all Guarantee claims individually. Our decisions are final. We may limit the number or value of claims per user annually and suspend accounts that abuse the policy. Serious abuse may be reported to legal authorities.
If we update this Guarantee, the revised version will be posted on our site and will automatically replace the previous terms. Continued use of TicketsiteX after the update means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the platform.
If you have questions about these terms, please contact us.
